Hah, I tried to angle it to make it look like the viewer is looking upwards towards him to give the pic a greater impression of extreme size. I don't think I quite got it right this time, but I think I did most of everything else right. I tried to make his pecs are large as possible without going into "man-boob" territory, it's way too easy to make them look like woman breasts. D:

Either way, this was a good chance to experiment with Clip Studio Paint Pro.

Well I can definitely tell it is a lower angle just not as extreme as I am sure you wanted. Perspective is always tough.
I'd agree everything else on him looks big and meaty as it should!

Otoh actually isn't this bulky (or can grow macro sized) in actual canon, both are Cliff's traits. This was an "Alternate Universe"/FA version of Otoh where he has the same mutant power as Cliff and is much beefier as a result of needing to strengthen his body in order to better control the power.

I do have three other hunky tiered OCs, Sekhur (orc), Cliff (bull), and Sekhur's son Zaghur. I've made folders for all three (plus Otoh) in my gallery if you're interested in the pics.
