Being saved doesn't give us free reign to go and continue sinning, though. That's called "cheap grace".
If we say that we share in life with God and keep on living in the dark, we are lying and are not living by the truth. But if we live in the light, as God does, we share in life with each other. And the blood of his Son Jesus washes all our sins away. If we say that we have not sinned, we are fooling ourselves, and the truth isn't in our hearts. But if we confess our sins to God, he can always be trusted to forgive us and take our sins away. If we say that we have not sinned, we make God a liar, and his message isn't in our hearts.
(1 John 1:6-10 CEV)
And if you don't believe that Jesus is your Savior, His death on the cross and subsequent resurrection from the dead mean nothing. Muslims, Hindus & Buddhists only see Jesus as a great moral teacher, while the Jews think He was a kook.

I don't have photographs of an event that occurred almost 2000 years ago, but try reading John chapter 19, Luke chapter 23, Mark 15, or Matthew 27.

Well I've already read something that I assume would be similar, and I argue that you can't disprove the fact that there might be some sort of god out there, but I don't think that we would necessarily have it figured out. There are just too many things about Christianity that just totally fall apart when added to science or just plain logic. Sorry, but this guy will not be converted. I was already Christian at one point and decided it just wasn't for me. But hey, I might check out that book if you'll consider watching Religulous.
There needs to be more people who think like this guy. Religion blows up when any type of refutable science takes hold of it. There is more evidence against it than there is for it. Anyone who isn't closed mined (like 95% of all religious people) need to understand that. I'm not saying there isn't a god, because there isn't a way to prove it either way. I can say, however, that the evidence against it is just too obvious....
There's tons of evidence to show that God is very much alive. Just look at testimonies and how complicated the world is with how it's made, DNA and everything. It's a hardened heart and being in love with your sin is what blinds you. Also, being in love with yourself. We very much know about science and it's so close minded to think that we know nothing about science. Most people think just like you and that's why America is turning their backs from God and becoming more and more into moral bankruptcy. If a Christian wasn't strong in their faith or beliefs, then that would make him or her compromise and weak in faith, thus standing for nothing.
If anything, the way this guy presented the faith and explaining it was very much a good job in doing so, while the person arguing back was NEVER a Christian to begin with, since he never understood it in the beginning.
I pray you come to Christ someday, because no good works can win you away to Heaven.
Mans good and God's good is very, very different.

I love this. I can't see why yo would want to refuse the God who made and loves you.
In a world that doesn't seem to accept or understand you, God alone provides that comfort.
You would think that is what people want the most. But they don't have any faith. And for that,
they cant be forgiven from their wrongdoings. And their pain will never be lifted.

I really don't expect you to reply, but I need to speak
I've read your comment over many times now, trying to fully comprehend it. And honestly it's upsetting. I tried, I tried for years to get in contact with him. Begged him for help. I got NOTHING from him. I don't not believe in him, I believe in him and all other gods from all other religions. But in this case, I don't believe for a second he loves everyone. I've literally begged for his help numerous times and received nothing. Why, I'll ask anyway. There's nothing on this earth I would not give to have all of my pain removed from me, so why does he refuse to help me?

God has an everlasting, unconditional love. The love is not romantic, nor is it simply of mere friendliness - God's love is so righteous that as much as we may effort to, we simply cannot comprehend the extent of it. His love is fathomlessly infinite, and the light of his being is even dangerous to be naked-eyed towards, for it has cast down Lies from heaven into the place of false eternity. God came down to this Earth as Jesus Christ, His Son being one with Him, for sinners. Blessed be those who have believed in him without evidence or past heeding, but blessed are those who go against and persecute the knowing - God seeing them in the same likeness and opening arms to invite them.
You are a great artist. This is a beautiful piece, as well as the rest of your gallery. You are a werewolf, and you personify yourself as who you are - you act out your passion and follow your bliss. God loves you no less than everyone else on Earth, and as you draw nigh, it would seem as though you are the only one to be loved. All that is required is to believe in Him. Truth, way, and life will be revealed. Of course, it would be of duty and natural order to supplant old ways and spiritually improve, but bear in mind the first step. Once traversed, victory has been achieved. The glory of salvation and eternal happiness has been accessed, and no one thing can take you from his hand. You are blessed - keep up your fantastic work.

I find myself trying to understand His love, and must say I never really grasped it. After all that goes on in the world and the things we do ourselves that we shouldn't, especially when we do things and know better... one wonders how there could be that love, especially to the grand degree that it is. But without that love and grace He shows, we would all be doomed creatures lost forever... and that would be a scary thought. It is a wonderous and beautiful thing we have been shown amidst His love and protection of us in our lives, but I wonder if others out there find themselves feeling undeserving of such treatment for one's own downfalls.
Sin isn't a "thing" of substance--it's a lack. It's like a hole eating away at what does have substance.
In any case, sin isn't the same thing as the sinner--that's why God loving the sinner and hating the sin are the same thing, because the sin gnaws away at the sinner, making him less than what he could be. And that's why we're called to do the same thing. It only gets difficult when the sinner chooses to identify with the sin rather than recognize both that it is sinful, but more to the point, that it doesn't define who he is, sin or not. It gets difficult because then the beloved sees love as hatred. But that's the challenge--no one ever said it was easy.

But my point about a year ago, was that if you read the bible, it is very clear that God does NOT love all things at all, contrary what Christians say. He hates a lot of things, and if you do any of these things you are considered a sinner and therefore you're going straight to hell weather you like it or not.
You can't equate love with hate like many Christians seem to do, because they are not the same thing. You can't love somebody by hating them.
Either God is all loving, or not, and it seems very clear from the very start in the garden of Eden that he's not all loving at all.
The bible doesn't progress with the time, but society does. Things that many people considered bad around two thousand years ago, we have come to accept as harmless.

I'm sorry if you don't understand. You don't go "straight to hell" if you do those things--only if you refuse ever to repent of them. God gives people a chance to accept His mercy--it's only if we don't that He respects our free will, but when that happens we must experience His justice.
I'm not equating the two--I'm saying that loving the sinner goes hand in hand with hating the sin, precisely because the sin isn't part of the sinner but a privation that diminishes what the sinner could be. Of course you can't love someone by hating them--but Christians aren't called to any such thing. It's just that if a sinner is so unrepentant that he chooses to identify with the sin, despite it not truly being part of him, he will only experience true love as hatred because he personally will redefine hatred of the sin as hatred of himself.
The Bible isn't supposed to progress with the time, but to be a Rock to cling to in the storms of change that buffet us around. Rather, not the Bible alone but God Himself and the Church, and the faith. Without some such thing to cling to, we're at the mercy of whatever comes our way (chaos, civil war, totalitarianism).
I'd suggest you learn something about what the faith actually teaches rather than make presumptions, especially when they are negative. God bless you.

"I'm saying that loving the sinner goes hand in hand with hating the sin". No it doesn't go hand in hand, and yes, in fact you DO equate the two. You just said you do, so why are you trying to say that you're not? What you're literally saying is: "I don't hate YOU, the sinner, I just hate EVERYTHING you are and everything you stand for because the bible says so". There's nothing loving about that statement, I can assure you. Take note by the way, that one of the sins that God mentions in the bible is homosexuality, so by saying this crap you're actually supporting hate against a large number of Fur Affinity visitors (statistics say that more than half of all furries are gay or bisexual!).
"It's just that if a sinner is so unrepentant that he chooses to identify with the sin, despite it not truly being part of him, he will only experience true love as hatred because he personally will redefine hatred of the sin as hatred of himself." This is the strangest and silliest of Christian apologies I have read in a long time. How can you even have a personal discussion when you twist things around in your mind like that?
In the case of 'sin', the God of the bible sees many different things as sins. Do you believe working on sundays is a sin? Do you think it is justified for him to punish people for it? Besides, isn't the God from the bible supposed to be all powerful? If he LOVES the sinner so much, as you say he does, then why doesn't he just let the sinner go unpunished? Or could he perhaps rid them of this love-hate reversal thing you just mentioned? It seems to me that God cares very little for people who are supposedly 'created in his image' and who he 'loves' so very much.
I don't judge your religion without reason. My family consists of plenty bible believing Christians, so I have first hand experience of your faith. But unlike you and many Christians, I don't make presumptions about people based on the bible, nor do I think it is much of a help to people who are going through actual rough times. In fact, I could very well argue that the Christian religion like many other religions can be a very dangerous tool, especially when people believe every word of it.

I've already tried twice to explain the difference, and you have proved either unable or unwilling to understand me. I'm not going to do so again.
And I hope your firsthand experience was corrupted, and that explains the anti-Christian nonsense you've mistaken for Christianity. And you've just proven that you do make presumptions about people and about the faith, so don't tell me that you don't in the exact same sentence in which you've done it--the only true thing about that sentence is that you don't do it based on the Bible. There is extremism in everything, that doesn't mean the thing itself is bad--should we not care about the environment because people kill loggers and butchers? Should we get rid of sports because a fan of one sports team kills a fan of a rival sports team?
I'm through talking to you about this. I am not responsible for your spiritual well-being. That's between you and God. God bless you.

You're just spouting nonsense now. I was hoping you would act a bit more adult.
"I've already tried twice to explain the difference, and you have proved either unable or unwilling to understand me. I'm not going to do so again.". Of course, a Christian like yourself wouldn't just accept a simple disagreement. You TRIED to explain to me that there is a difference (emphasis on tried). This was obviously in vain, since there IS no difference between the two. If you hate somebody's essence, you hate that person. I dislike how you are trying to cowardly hide your obvious hatred with this nonsensical pretentious explanation of "no really, its out of love, you just don't understand it!". No. I'm sorry to say, but if this really is how your reasoning works, then you are simply brainwashed.
Also, do you care to explain why you think I'm making presumptions about your faith? I already told you that I was raised in a Christian home. I think that gives me plenty of reason to have an opinion about the religion. Just because you don't like it, that doesn't automatically make it invalid.
There is extremism in everything,"
If this is so, then shouldn't you at least make some sort of attempt at looking outside of the box? If you are aware that your religion has a hateful edge, then why not acknowledge that and distance yourself from it? Instead you're just typing one excuse after another. You're not gonna convert me to your religion, because I think its poisonous for our society, which I have demonstrated earlier with your 'loving the sinner, hate the sin' nonsense argument. As soon as you start bringing the word 'hate' onto the table, you've already thrown your 'love' statement out of the window.
"I am not responsible for your spiritual well-being." No? For a Christian, you're not exactly very Christ-like I have to say.
That's between you and God. God bless you.
Actually its not, because God doesn't exist and in the end you're just another dime dozen Christen who's trying to defend his / her hate filled sect culture with silly excuses. God be less.

Parable of the Lost Sheep
Luke 15
1 Now the tax collectors and sinners were all gathering around to hear Jesus. 2 But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, “This man welcomes sinners and eats with them.”
3 Then Jesus told them this parable: 4 “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? 5 And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders 6 and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’ 7 I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.

Matthew 6:6
"But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you"
Please, my friends, ignore these haters, these snakes who claim to be knowledgeable with these old books but are not. They only wish to hurt and spread their own pain and insecurities among you. Please, just smile to them, and then turn away and silently say a prayer for them, for the word will be revealed to them each, and they will one day be able to see. Torment after death is not punishment for disbelief but a resentment and longing to be material again, for your old body and possessions that have died and disintegrated into dust forever.
Matthew 19:24
"Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God"

You have no idea what I'm going through over this :/
Worse than death is being kept in a constant interface, deceived minute by minute, until we are kept alive in a tormented state of existence.
Just be aware that your afterlife may be artificial, just like you are as a creation. That's all I'm saying. Anyone who wants to deny this is denying you the science of the future.
One big error Christians make is that, in their faith in G-d, they forget that there are demons and other parasitic entities which plague them in their daily lives, unaware to this fact due to the denying influence these demons have on their host victim.

As everyone should love the Lord our God.
We all have sinned, and Jesus paid the ultimate
price, for sacrificing himself to be hung on the
cross, for all of us. Jesus saves everyone from
Sin, so that we get to be with him in Heaven
for eternity and not perish. Everyone just needs
to not harden their hearts, by allowing God to
come into their heart, and he will work through
us. Trust and believe in him. Have Faith and
always pray. That's all it is.
John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life."
John 14:6 - "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the father, except through me."
Amen.
