I hope to add more view and details to this eventually, but as a general ref it works well enough.
Filo is my ribbon eel Zora who I love very much! He's a good boy and kind of a wimp but his heart's in the right place. He works as a silversmith on a tropical coast of Hyrule (probably somewhere near Hateno?)
He has a sister, Freya, who will eventually get a nice updated ref as well
