All of us have wanted to leap over the counter and ask the dispatcher "What is going on??". Or maybe you've been the dispatcher on the receiving end of such occasions.
Some quick clarification on the lingo. To 'solo' someone means to send someone on a solo flight. Huff cannot solo Chucky because he is not Chucky's primary flight instructor. He can, however, fly with Chucky on an extracurricular practice flight. Chucky's aviation course includes three extracurricular 'practice' hours of flight. If he goes beyond that, he has to pay extra for them.

Practicing at a difficult venue is good for you.
There's this practice green at a nearby golf course that must have multiple gravity vortex's [vorteii?]. I don't freak if I can't sink it in less than three putts. It's just practice.
I hope Chucky gets a fresh perspective during this flight.
