This is Queen Admaria as drawn by Keetah. Admaria looks extremely striking in her black 'evil outfit' (e.g. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/24502700/ or http://www.furaffinity.net/view/18901466/ ) which is why there's so much art of her dressed like that.
However, this has led some people to assume that she's a tyrant, so I figured it was time to commission her in her default outfit so you can see what she's like 99% of the time.
