but how , wasit built not the method, but what was the government that created it was it economy like finland or Canada based or was it another totalitarian regime like say Russia or Iran where the military got everything it wanted and destroyed all of its enemies and absotbed weak (democracies) governments under its steel heel.... basically the UESF staff-council does not have to ask the UEC for permission to build military vessels. As much as the UEC makes executive and ordering decisions, the military has its own fundings and also gets promotion money from the UEC.
As much as we did not know of the hostile nature of the aliens outside before, the UEC is smart enough to know to better be protected than regret not to be in the end. In the case of the orians, humanity depends on the UESF to survive, since it is an absolute open war action against our race (practically genozide, you can read all about the orians earlier on in my gallery, I have a race-sheet for them there)

concerning that factor there is a codicil that explains why there is a a desire to destroy Israel as well as lay claim to everything they THINK is thier land. because of this statement in the Koran;

mostly i was turned off by the book as a whole, i read the Koran about twenty years ago. The current Koran is not like the one i read, it is now far more radical. Interesting thing isthis they do not have such thing as an old Koran, they destroy all the copies and reprint new ones EVERY generation. Ask any moslem they will say 'of course!" and look at you like you are from mars.

moslems curiosly did not hate all jews and christians before 1936, as a rule. The crusades were centuries ago, what it was, was the nazis of germany in 1936 sent the gestapo down to infiltrate saudi arabia, and circulate anti-semitism and mostly to the joy of all arabs anywhere, kicking the british out of north africa. There is a bullshit liar movie made that showcases all the eugenics the nazis did on jews, in anti-semitism. well not actually. i have read and studied a great deal becuase i wrote a role playing game and put everything i could think of in it. but then i realised though the finished game is really a lot of fun to play i had no idea what the heck i was talking about to be able to ref a game and have convincing knowledge inwhatever philosophy, psychology, science art or skill i included for any person's character to utilize. Basically though i have been to college to try and get a degree that is worthwhile, (3 times) this last thing i had to do it becuase i was commited to write a game unlike everything on the market, so i read every book on ballistics, weapons design, metallugy, (i'm a combinatin welder fitter anyway so i already had a bit of metallugical enginneering already), philosophy, all the sciences i never had any real interest in but since i included them in the game i had to know what i was talking about, to the point of not only explaining it, BUT, to decribe it in such a way that someone reading my gamebook for the first time can REFFEREE it themselves with out me being there.

In 7th grade i found out i liked mythology a lot, so i sucked in all i could about the greek gods and godesses and other mythologies as well. i represented most mythologies in my game without creating religeons at all! It has no gods.

That's some learning process...interesting enough though that I try to learnasmuch of what I'm talking about for my comic and story too so it will actually sound believable and realistic...

Is there a game based on them and does the combat system they use work so fast you don't have any time or desire to play magic the gathering or liars dice in the middle of combat?
My combat system allows players to work out thier own ways of fighting, they plan their own attacks, their own special trick moves, etc. this is what causes the addiction once you play it.
I inverted the RPG basic thing of the DM controls everything, instead i don't want that kind of control or management so i let you run everything for your character, an i call the DM a Ref/storyteller.
Oh and i wrote nearly complete histories for the main 24 races you start with, an short descriptions for the othe 176 races i have in my game and populating my universe. - this is why i liked that sheet you did it would look great in my game books can i use the theme, i ask instead of plagurise, so though i asked a diferent request the last time, that page style in how you did the orrains, can i use that theme of the page, not the orrains, but how you put the page together it is simple and direct? (my game takes place on a world everyone there thinks is thier original home world, but actaually no one is from there, and it begins 20,000 years from now).
