I know, but in this case, it's because she feels even more Exposed without any fur at all. Also, some actually feel more Naked wearing certain wear, compared to being Completely Nude.
And before you have a Go, Data is nude almost all the time, it's just that she's likely using a Digital Means of Censoring to cover up her 'Sensitive Spots'. Look at her form in the Library, she's completely naked, just not flashing anything 'Sensitive'.

Well, I wasn't at all. No offense, but I never made my comment with the intention to joke.
Still, at least you don't try to be aggravating, unlike some people on certain sites I've had the misfortune to meet.
And before you ask, I do have a sense of humor, it's just that I really get into the Characters for their personality, rather than purely their sex appeal. It's why I like Wolven, he didn't make the characters loose their Personality traits and aspects for the sake of Fanservice... Unlike a lot of other artists.
No offense to them, but when they say a character is one thing, then all of a sudden, they make them do an action they'd never do if they were real people, it kinda spirals from there. I mean, there are those who are written as happily married, then suddenly get shown having sex with a total stranger, with no Rhyme or Reason whatsoever. Then after that, either the artist forgets that entirely and make them a cheating B^%stard, or the Fans do so, ruining the character.

Look, that little rant I put was meant for those who try to make characters 'Relatable' by making them do such things... Which of course, ends up making them unrelatable.
It's why I get cheesed off for seeing stuff like that happen. It's basically saying the Artist either lost the plot, or doesn't even care about their character anymore, and only wants to keep drawing porn, forgetting what made their character who they were.
