I'm opening ref sheets commissions to try and replenish funds I'll need to spend on hurricane prep food/water/storage bins to keep my things from getting wet in case my apartment leaks/etc.

My apartment complex has already sent out an email letting everyone kn ow that the likelihood of flooding to first floor apartments, and the likelihood of window/roof leakage to ALL apartments is extremely high just based on previous (far less intense) hurricanes. Refs will come with a front, back, and two specific details about your character, like the headshot and tail ref here. Also comes with all of the information written down and such.
