Another OC that I have designed for 
elcid. I finished this pic around 2 weeks ago or so, but I'm gonna be posting it now. Elsa the snowy owl lady is longtime wrestling fan and happens to be the founder of the International Anthro Wrestling League. Now immobile, she continues the run the league while enjoying eating, relaxing, and entertainment all while being pampered. She does pretty much all she can do to support the league, of course. ;3
