Hey, Sans, do these look familiar? ;) Hope you don't mind!
For everyone else, these are three pictures of beastmen my friend Sans Souci http://www.furaffinity.net/user/sanssouci/ drew in a sketchbook she sent me a few years ago. They're inked in ballpoint pen!
I'm uploading them here to show where the beastmen I keep drawing come from, and why I love them so much.

ugh, I was typing and accidentally closed the window!
I'm trying to remember all the beastmen that were in Sinner Dragon. There's the annoying one in Aleksander in a Trap, he's still online. And then there was one that got bitten in half by a dragon in the Limbo storyline, and the bashed-up one in that very last unfinished storyline. But there was another one who was an anthropologist or something, wasn't there?
Also, did you see my attempt to read the Italian version of Cuore Voodoo that I posted on Livejournal the other week? ;)

The intellectual one was called Mauw and was Melissa's mentor :)
I haven't 'cause I have no way to get a fast connection until the end of the month. Right now I can connect only from my cellphone, and is slooooow, and it rejects most part of sites like lj, deviantart etc.! But I can't wait to read about this attempt XD

Mauw! That's right! Is that him in the right hand picture? And Melissa the hellhound, I forgot all about her, she was great!
Ew, telephone internets!
Here is the link anyway, so you don't have to hunt for it: http://rahball.livejournal.com/163081.html
Basically, I loaded the English version of the comic in one window and the Italian in another and used the English to decipher the Italian grammar. I discovered in particular why you have trouble with little location words like "on" and "at", because often in Italian it's the same word.
Also, I liked: "con tutte queste religione monoteiste che hanno in mano il mercato", which I proudly translated as: "with all these monotheistic religions that have the market in hand" (I would say in English "with all these monotheistic religions (that are) monopolising the market") and "e lo sai come sono gli uccelli..." => "and you know how are the birds" ("and you know how birds are...")
A thought I didn't write in the livejournal:
It seemed that you made an unnecessary change in the panel where Sans is taking Anubis on her bike through the traffic. The Italian says "Tieni le zampe a posto o ti scarico in mezzo alla strada", which I understand as "Keep the paws in place or you dump in middle of road" ==> "Keep your paws in place, or I'll dump you in the middle of the road." Instead, in the English, you ended up with "... or I'll throw you down the bike" (should be "I'll throw you *off* the bike"). You could have kept the middle of the road if you wanted to.
Oh yes, and at the time, I noticed that the Keenspace site needs a full update, as some of the links between the pages are broken.

Oh, the things I'll have to do when I'll get a new connection! D:
Thanks for telling me about the broken links.
I guess that 'dump' is the better version '...or I'll dump you in the middle of the road', 'cause it gives the idea of someone being dumped like trash. 'Scaricare' means many things: dumping trash, download data, leave your boyfriend/girlfriend in a bad way and other. We often use the same words in many different ways. 'Exhaust' is... ummm... funny. I guess it can be referred to toxic wastes or similar.
I write CV in a very 'handy' and somewhat dialectal Italian, so I never know if some expressions works the same in another language, like the one about Anubis being thrown down the bike in the middle of the road XD
I have been able to read the entry form a rss reader at work, but I can't answer right now, 'cause LJ is blocked from here, but I promise I'll do it as soon as I can. I really appreciate your attention to my works <3
And yep, that's Mauw :3

Oh, analyzing the phrase:
'ti scarico' can literally be translated like 'I dump you'
'ti' means that *I'm doing something to you*. We don't use the future in this case, because the action is very near, and the phrase is kept in present time. Is also a dialectal form in some way, 'cause in the North, we tent to keep most part of the verbs to present and 'near future' (I dunno how is called in English), avoiding the most extreme tenses like future and past (that are instead very used in the Southern regions).
If I was going to turn the phrase into future time, I'd say 'ti scarichero''
'Alla' is like saying 'to the' in the same word, and is 'alla' 'cause 'strada' is feminine - if it was referred to a masculine word it would have been 'al'. Is a word called 'avverbio'
I realize is a mess but if you want we can discuss more and better when I'll have a decent connection :)

Pff, the google translation is fail, then! But their dictionary is helpful. I could use it to help me read the Dutch Valhalla comics Reinder gave me as well...
I will definitely try to read Cuore Voodoo again (and perhaps cheat and use the dictionary this time!) because some parts I found too difficult for a first try.
You know I have always loved your work, and I'm so grateful you put it into English in the first place!
If you have your originals of Sinner Dragon anywhere, I'd love to try and read them one day too!

If you need any clarification, feel free to ask me. I understand it can sound difficult since is not in a perfectly clean Italian, but I often use various slangs. And getting lost amongst Italian slangs is easier than breathing ;)
Oh, I have to ask you a favour if you can: could you send me a .zip of dark lord garden? So I can read it. My only available email address right now is:
toxinetox at gmail dot com
This address can be reached when I'm at work, where I still have a limited connection.
