Here is a photo of all the Star Wars VHS tapes i have. I have here both the 1990 CBS/Fox Trilogy box set and the 1995 THX "Faces" set, as well as the two making of specials "From Star Wars to Jedi" and "The Making of Star Wars". Though i have them all on DVD already i still keep these tapes for nostalgic purposes, as these were the way i primarily watched the films loads of times as a kid.
Between the two editions, i like the way the profiles of the characters were presented on the 1995 set.

Yeah, quite a way to commemorate such a momentous occasion. This year also marked twenty years for the limited theatrical release of the Special Editions of the trilogy back in February 1997 for the 20th anniversary.
So overall Star Wars had two anniversaries this year alone.
