Both Hudson and Broadway have been waiting for what felt like an eternity for this day, the younger gargoyles birthday, the one that at last marked him as having come of age. Though in truth, the two, having long desired one another, simply took the time to wait, readying themselves, getting comfortable with the idea of being together, as lovers, rather then simply good friends. Far from their minds was any thought of letting the others know of their feelings, meeting alone rest had departed from the dark castle, Hudson, having brought the two something more ‘intimate’ to wear. For as long as they’d desired to be together, even longer it seems they’ve waited and preyed to be close, with as little as possible to hinder flesh to flesh contact, warm bodies held against one another. So they hold one another after they change, Hudson having already presented Broadway with his gift, wearing the form-fitting bikini. For what feels like an even longer time then the time they’ve spent waiting for this moment, they remain locked in a close, comforting embrace, until the dawn comes, and Hudson, having somehow convinced Brooklyn to install a lock to his bedroom quarters, suggests they both retire there, and they depart to lay in bed with one another. It’s this way they rest in the daylight, still clinging, still grateful, broad smiles that speak of the happiness of the moment, as well as excitement for the time they awaken, body to body.
…Originally I was going to write out a fully detailed story for this piece, but due to time constrictions (and a certain birthday deadline…which is today) I had to omit it. Basically a continuation/follow-up to the last piece, I hope to do a third picture with the full (already started) story, as well with a bit more detail to the picture itself.

It would not matter to them anyways because gargoyles view the clan's children as their own children. Because they led dangerous lives it would lead to some gargoyles dying before their biological children ever hatched. If that happened they would have rookery mothers and rookery fathers to raise them and care for them. That was not explained in depth in the actual series but there is evidence of this when... <WARNING SPOILERS!!>

I commissioned this one lady (who does knit doll art figures) at least year's Gathering to do artistic dolls of Hollywood and Delilah (I bought Broadway from her at the Chicago Gathering). At last year's Gathering me and a few other fan friends put the dolls in various sexual acts (Broadway/Goliath, Xanatos/Fox/Owen VARIOUS times, and Xanatos/Goliath, Xanatos/Fox/Owen/Goliath sandwich) in our hotel room just for laughs. Sick...I know...but it was a blast and I'm still giggling to myself just thinking about it.
Oh are you kiddin' me? I didn't know that about them...I had always wondered that though, who Brooklyns' and Lexington's and Broadways fathers were. I knew it wasn't Goliath simply because...well at no point did they really put any emphasis on it that I can recall (though admittedly it's been awhile since I've seen the animated series) I do remember Goliath being Angelas father though, and his less then enthusiastic stance on the matter...I always wondered what was up with that.
I feel so ashamed though, I liked to consider myself a decent fan, but to have been entirely unable to go to this gathering or know detailed things like this I feel really bad about it! Just up until '04 I had no means of transportation, then there was still the matter of limited funds and just not being up for such a long drive alone. Excuses and excuses, I know, always been impressed it lasted so long though and that there were so many loyal fans to keep it going. If only Disney would return to things like this and revive it it might have some hope for more such meetings. You cna't really blame the fans, it's sometimes hard to keep interested and excited about some things if they've been out of circulation for so long.
But at the very least, even if they are related in that way, it's still possible to conceive something like this without feeling too warped.

Oh uh...yeah. I still remember you didn't like too much that picture I commissioned from Kain3. LOL With Claw and Fang doing exactly what it was you said...you didn't like. I can't blame you though...it was rather rough, rutting sex (which is what he is good for and what I wanted from him). Hey what can I say...I'm mostly coming back to this fandom for the um...urges it satisfies. :P But romantic situations...I don't think I've seen too many male/male gargoyles pairing where there is that. It is in fact mostly hot, cummy, man sex. I'm just one of many that like them for that.
But maybe if I ever get an idea...and if I have the funds... It would definitely not be Goliath and Elisa though. I love the pairing but its been done to death. I don't know...I think Griff and King Arthur (or King Arthur and Macbeth) would be fun. Macbeth and Cu Cuhlain...

Well, you know I wouldn't look down or think less of anyone for commissioning or desiring things like that, I understand I'm the minority here, not you. I'm just old fashioned, I don't look down and extreme sexual situations, they just don't have the same deep and meaningful appeal to me as more intimate, or passionate pieces. You know, pictures that show two characters who really, truly care for one another, not just some representation of a 'fuck buddy' scene where it's over soon as either one climaxes.
I know, I make it sound so shallow don't I? heh...my only real qualm about the 'Kain3 picture you mentioned (which was a beautiful rendition of both characters actually) is I just cna't see those two together...fang was just an absolute dick to claw, he would've never let him do that to him. Least not without alot of mind control involved.
I never had you pegged as a perv though...and honestly I still don't see you as one *lol*, still getting that reserved vibe from you. I'm sure that can be fixed with time though!

Yep, yep. There is a place for both types of art. The deep meaningful ones with two lovers in a tender moment and the sexual act itself. I tend to like both and while I tend to fave more of the latter it doesn't mean I like the former any less. An artist can be much like a writer if they can convey a scene or a moment in a good way. Those are just as rewarding to see as the typical "here's the slong go fap to me" type pic. (Not sure if that made sense or I'm talking out of my ass here).
And about the last portion. That's what makes a good piece of fiction as opposed to a bad one. Character development. Pacing. A believable unfolding of events. For erotica a believable attraction and situation that can put these two together. I would have made a lousy writer. :p

I do appreciate your insight though, really, and I'm actually a bit pleased in a way that you appreciate are like that, up until recently I honestly wasn't sure what you were into at all. I couldn't even remember how we got started talking in the first place!

I have to fix one of the parts as it was expressed to me it made Brutus appear too weak, and I was kind of in agreement over it. I then have to revamp the following part so it coincides with the first, and so that'd be another two installments I could submit. I just have to dig them up, I've switched computers a few times since the last time I worked on it. But I know I have them all saved to a disc.

Did some research into it...and I can't really see it foreseeable at all , we just moved from California to NY around that time last year after a really awful stay there, and I was so ecstatic to get away I'm not sure I'd want to go back anytime soon. Never mind the money issue, it's so expensive to fly out or drive, I really would like too since it's it's the last, but even if I scrimped and saved I'm not sure I could.
As for the comics, unfortunately I just have all the marvel ones, I know they released some recent series but I had no way to acquire it (comic sellers are scarce 'round these parts.) I got a poster advertising it a couple years ago but that was about it, ironically the place that I bought it from never actually carried the comics..which would explain why they were selling the display poster. Huh, I remember I got the big video-game standee display for the Sega game there too come to think of it.

Being a local, I'm sorry to hear that California didn't do good by you... granted I've known a lot of people who have become disenfranchised, so I totally sympathize (SoCal in particular seems to burn-out a lot of people).
As for The Gathering, it was only recently announced that this would be the last hurrah. Truthfully, it is pretty amazing that the convention has managed to go on for so long, but the overall attendance numbers have been slowly dwindling... As a result, the budget has been in the red the past few years, and the staff has had to pump some of their own money in just to keep it on life-support. It wasn't an easy decision but they were approaching significant levels of debt, so they decided they needed to call it quits... theoretically another group could take over, but I don't know how likely that will be.
Anyway, even if you can't attend the con, there's no reason we can't get you caught up on all the newest Gargoyles awesomeness! No comic book stores near by? That's what the internet is for, my good man!

Haha...! I've seen stranger in this fandom and in the Gargoyles fandom (Fox/Bronx pr0n anyone?!) actually I think Hudson/Broadway isn't that strange at all. One friend of mine likes Goliath/Thailog...LOL! And Broadway and Hudson are two big burly sexy creatures. :9 So...I can't wait to see what comes of this. Mwahahaha!!!
aw thanks Ogrebear, I worked really hard to keep it accurate to the cartoon style...Hudson was especially tough this time around for some reason, getting the expression right. He doesn't really have alot of 'soft' expression so i had to do it over and over until it felt soft, but hard at the same time.
Whether or not they are blood related, I think the picture is well done and romantic story that was. If they had no idea that they are related, they would just fall in love like all lovers would. If they know... well, my lustful half tells me that it's kinda hot too ^_^
