I was thinking of the animation company that animated "Storm Hawks" "League of Super Evil" and the upcoming MegaMan show and it kind of inspired me to draw Voltar. Mostly because I wanted try and draw a character with simple shapes that can convey a sense of dimension.

Oh I remember this old show on CN, it was pretty weird and Tabitha St Germain did pretty much all the female characters in the show for some odd reason. There’s nothing wrong with voicing multiple characters, but I honestly think they could’ve gotten more voice actresses to do female characters
