I've gotten some ideas with this guy getting with Leonard, my water dragon.

How long can this guy stay out of water? I imagine he breathes air. Is his skin drying out a problem? Leonard doesn't have legs either, though he can breathe water and air, and he could show him how he gets around on land. Though if he needs to stay wet that would complicate things. Leonard doesn't need to stay wet.
