Well... the animators for Dragon Ball are a little inconsistent with that. Like with Beerus for example. Sometimes they draw a uvula on him and sometimes they do not. They will do that with all the characters too, not only Beerus. So I think that maybe it's an incorrect statement to say Shenron does not have a uvula. The artists are just inconsistent. >3>
