I've been creating grateful speedpaints for over a year and one thing I'm reoccurringly grateful for are artists & people who inspire me, and I've wanted to create gifts for those people who have given me so much through their art, advice, or just pure presence in my world.
For my third gift I chose GoldenWolf. I discovered her work early on. I was blown away by her works' detail & artistry.
By observing her work, I learned to infuse my own pieces with passion and beauty.
For a time I tried my hand at colored pencils like her. Needless to say, I doubt I'll ever match her skills in that department. :)
Also, I got to meet her in person & she is just lovely!
It was one of those beautiful moments when you admire someone's work & it turns out they happen to be a great person too!
Today I'm Grateful for:
GoldenWolf GoldenWolf
Beautiful Fantasies
A Wild Heart
1hr 30min speedpaint.
In 2016 I started journaling daily. Part of that writing process has been to write 3 things I am grateful for each morning.
I've been sharing these three things along with a speedpaint every Mon-Fri.
This practice has benefited me artistically as well as emotionally. My hope is, that by sharing these grateful speed paintings, you guys feel some of those good vibes too (Smile)
