ok i'm not trying to be rude, but this is for vore in general.
Is it supposed to be arousing?

I mean, how can eatting food be arousing? Or the thought of being eaten?

It's a fetish. Lot's of people who don't have a specific fetish look at something and say "How can this be arousing?"

For example, I don't have a tickle fetish, so I look at tickle pictures and say "How can this be arousing?" Then I remember that I'm a voreaphile, so I just let it be.

Well, sex is a very weird and complex thing. If it exists, someone has a kink for it. I think most people have a kink (or sometimes more than one ^^) of some kind on top of regular sexual preferences. It's often something that seems nonsensical or makes people wonder how one could like that... I think it really only ever makes sense to those who are into that certain thing.

For vore, the reasons vary. For some it's the humilation, for some it's the pain. For others a combination. Myself, I like the pain and humiliation factors. The pain is cleansing in a way, part of the journey to becoming part of the predator. So yes I also like the thought of becoming part of the predator. There is something, I dunno, kind of deep and primal about those feelings.

I'm sure other people into vore have their own unique reasons for liking it.
