I drew this when I was going through a very period where I felt lost and aimless, much like a ship without a rudder being blown by the whim of the wind; the feeling of helplessness and worthlessness that comes witout having conviction, belief or faith in yourself. The sea is a place of solace for me, the edge of everything, speaks of many far away places in the flotsam that's brought in upon the waves. But it challenges you with the possibilities for your future, the endless choices and paths that are as endless as the waves upon the ocean...
