he did the original and just for fun I edited it to give Emoji Helen and Violet their Incredibles costumes and now with his permission im posting it here for you to enjoy because im actually kinda proud of the work I did here ^_^
normally I would try to give some semblance of a story......but Im not hip enough to know what most of what she's saying means and thats kinda got me stuck in my creative tracks XD so just appreciate the image and its original for what it is and enjoy the sweet Emotions :3

The only thing there I don't understand is the VI or whatever. The rest is basically modern slang/lingo/phrases mixed with a couple of acronyms. One of the phrases, "Yass queen, slay" is totally out of order. It seems to basically be her mom spouting memes to try and sound hip while badly mimicking an emoji (looks like two or more mixed together) while throwing out an emoji hand gesture too? Violet's probably laughing because her mom's trying way way too hard.
