Ah! A "Certified" tag is a special badge that declares you to be "Certified" as one thing or another. Just a bit of fun and customization. U have "Certified Voice Actor" (custom) and "Certified Writer", for instance. Again, no actual authority or certification, but it's a fun little badge.
