The hidden boss and true sponsor of the tournament, Spearmint Flavored can only be faced by getting atleast 1 Perfect per fight and finishing Lily with a Team Combo on Difficulty level 4 - 7, or by playing on Difficulty level 8 or Steve From Accounting.

If faced on difficulty level 4 or 7, if you lose, you automatically game over with no chance to continue. Losing on level 8 or Steve From Accounting allows continues if defeated.

Has special intros with Molly G. Ento, Sasha Drakovi, April June Manney and Lucarimom.

As the only non diapered character, Spearmint is the fastest character in the game, and the majority of her attacks have the highest priority. However, she also has the lowest defense in the game.

When beaten, she is subjected to her own nursery machine.
