A most valuable Specimen
Working under Dr. Shibo, a Talyxian Rooter tasked with local research and genealogy, Drago has managed to acquire and contain a fairly valuable Talyxian Siren Plant specimen in it's infancy. The Plant Capsule serves to securely carry the plant out from the depths of the Forest and into cities safely, whilst at the same time protecting the transporter and, by extent, everyone else from it's Miasma and hallucinogenic effects.
The "Mitako-Kaidan", as the Eltus affectionately call it, is a highly hallucinogenic plant which draws in victims with vivid hallucinatory images, sometimes they can manifest themselves as a person's innermost deepest desires. It is roughly unknown what method is employed to enrapture the victim though the main suspect is of course, high amounts of miasma.
The Siren Plant can be seen in action within Chapter 2 of the Vilous Manga, [Dark Clouds of the Shigu]
Drago can also be seen wearing a device, similar to a gas-mask, the Eltus refer to them as "Perception Filters".
