This is the Mother of Zeria nightfall "original name Zeria bladeburn before her mother gave her daughter up to Kitos to raise due to a tough situation she was dealing with and begged Kitos to save her daughter so she didnt have to do what she had to in order to make the money to pay back a former master's loan.

time passed and Kitos was secretly paying off the debt. the person however tried to pull underhanded tactics until team rocket's "thats right" Giovanni stepped in and "handled" the ordeal of the man.

Giovanni took over the strip club and did some "rework" to the location while he got Zeikira out from under the thumb of its original owner.
