An amazing piece of Hitomi Sumiko also known as Sakura, the Assistant Director of the Portland Bureau of Superheroes (and little known to most, the sister of the supervillian Sake). Yes, she has a short yukata, just how she likes it... And yes it looks like she forgot her chestwraps today. But I have it on good authority she's wearing underwear!
