Julie Bruin. She was in all of one episode, onscreen for maybe a minute or 2 total(it was one of the music video episodes, and she was a presenter, played by the wonderful Julie Brown, who later played Minerva Mink... : )

This is really well done.

I've got the episode she appeared in and I must say there is nowhere near as many fan-art-pics of her as there should be. From my last count there have only been 4 or 5 fan pics of her on the entire net.

The only flaw I can see in this beautiful peice is that the proportions a off a bit; but other than it is a really great attempt -- four stars in my book.
