Lots going on here, even though it doesn't look it: listened to new music, used new BROWN/SEPIA pens, newer markers, newly applied technique and new appreciation for animal study since I still managed to fail so much I had to make a cheap-ass box frame to cut out the back legs! [catches breath] Back to commissions tomorrow, so this was a nice opportunity to test all of the above out!

Thanks, that's awesome to know! I'm super excited to use the pens more, though the colouring technique kind of fell flat this time around. They're Faber-Castells. I order them (and my markers) from [here]! Ordinarily I use the Black Fineliners, but ordered the Sepia (seen in this pic) and Sanguine which I'm scared to use. xD lol.
I can definitely see why you're excited to use them more, seeing these awesome results! :D
Ooohh, AWESOME! Faber-Castell is definitely one of my favorites. :D Just so you know, http://carpediemstore.com/ is pretty much always (well, at least everything I've had the chance to compare was!) cheaper than DickBlick's, sometimes by a few dollars, other times by a LOT. :3 You may be able to get your markers cheaper from there!
Don't be scared to use the sanguine; You'll do divinely I am sure! <33333333

Whoadang! My 156 set of Prisma markers was almost $400 on Dickblick. 8( lol. I am very loyal to the company, but I think I may need to sneak in a "weekend affair" with that site sometime, cause there's a bunch of other things DB doesn't have listed since it's not strictly 2D art stuff. :O Otherwise, thank yooooooou~ <3!
Heee! Always glad to be of help somehow ! *happy!*
I have ordered from Carpediemstore before btw, so I can vouch for 'em. :D
OH OOPS I might actually have another site that is even cheaper, at least cheaper for pens! http://jetpens.com/ Haha hopefully DB won't find out you're cheating. x] ROFL.
FYI, I like jetpens.com even more than carpediemstore.com .. But then again, I loooooves pens. Nom. *0* I order from them constantly, they're so fast and easy! XD

Bookmarked both and already gonna order from the CD place! I effing love that 144 carry case/bag for markers; I just rubberband them in group and lug around the mess. :[ lol. I've been all "oh! *click* OH :O!!! *clickyclick*" everywhere. It's a shame today is my birthday or I would've made a list of everything I need from there. :'D Thanks again!
