Conversation failed, logic failed, making them see the truth - failed. Man continues to hold on to his ways, of war and greed. Even when the avatar of the sea is before them they cannot believe, they cannot see past their science.

And the elder gods - deep within the world roll their eyes uncaring. The spirits and the elements grow tired of trying, growing bored of rumbling the skies and turning the soil in an attempt to draw their attention and show them all that the world is in pain.

So tired are they now, that even they begin to turn their backs on the children of earth, turning their backs on even him - forgetting the reason as to why they sent him in the first place.
