Of course, that didn't stop her from keeping the outfit for a possible Halloween costume towards the end of the "Tangled Web of Worlds" story I wrote.

Plus, Tank Squirrel and Vixen Swordedge chose to keep their harem outfits...and even Majesta tried the harem look herself a couple of times in the stories I wrote featuring your characters.

Plus, being an enchantress, I figure that Majesta has some knowledge in the skills of seduction.

That is true, she likely could rival Tank Squirrel, but since she resides alone in her pocket dimension/world/realm (well, now has Harvest as company, but even then she spends time alone, letting Harvest to her studies annd comes out to give Harvest her lessons), she doesn't have much reason to be seductive....only when she travels to another realm....and even then, she does try to be lady-like.

If nothing else, I figured that Majesta would only do so if it meant serving the cause of good, as she'll try to "blank" the memory of her target so that they can forget their evil deeds and start life anew as a better person.

True, but she tries not to interfere with the affairs of others much...if anything, guide and inform others of possible threats, and give them a push in the right direction...though in the RPG story I had, she does get more involved, as she was a planned party member...and only joined as she felt she need to play a bigger part in the overall plot going on. Also, she ill take in students she feels are worth teaching...but she isnt perfect, hence what happened with Unicorna Spellcaster. :)

I see. I guess I wanted to have her help Harvest's friends as part of the young cat's condition to leaving her past life as a thief behind.

And the reason I had her blank the corrupt sultan's memory was because she had seen his cruel lechery and vile acts upon his kingdom...and she decided that the best way to end it was to make him forget his memory of being such a wicked ruler.
