Finished Icon commission for my pal

Animating in Photoshop is the pits but I am pretty okay with out this turned out haha.
Edit: Just noticed this is a version where her eyebrow disapears for no reason. Really weird and I cant find the proper file so. I guess we are subjected to this XDXD
