Yeah, I actually remember that incident, i think it was an honest mistake that they didn't read the rules, lol. x3
They are a semi-open species, you can make common trait pufflets for free, they just can't be sold as adopts unless you got art of it that is more than the original image. We just didn't feel it was fair if anyone can make common ones for free for other people to sell them if that makes sense!
