It's a shame I couldn't speak in Metroid Other M... or well... my clone couldn't.
I usually can speak as you might have seen in the manga but my vocal cords are not really made to speak in the for you usual way which makes it not so easy that I'd do it all the time instead of the other sounds. :P So I keep screeching in the battles to deafen you at least! Heheh...

I dunno... Maybe because I am actually using words instead of using ear-bleeding-causing screeching? XD
(And as usual I forget to use the reply-button... I am a very quickly forgetting space dragon... This is kind of annoying... like Samus. Heheh... :P )

Well... I guess the devs were too lazy to include a voice for me and Samus back in the first Metroid games... Since then they were too lazy to change it obviously... as for my part at least. Sometimes I'd love to bite their heads off but then I keep reminding myself about how much fun it would be to simply keep them between my clawed toes... Heheh... :P
