Original question, repeated. What is this? I mean, if he's a tea cup, then for all we know, he's got rain water stored in there and is only alarmed at being held. I mean, what truly are the rules when concerning him? I seriously don't think his brains are exposed. In the game, it almost seems like his noggin gathers up a super weapon. So...I don't know what to feel. Is it his lot in life to be grown as a cup and used to sip drinks from, only he can also get up and walk away? To feel bad would mean the straw intentionally draws from within. And I don't think that is what is happening.

Actually...in the opening sequences, we get to see that the cup heads both have sloshing drink-like substances. It's up to 'their universe' to say just what the nature of this drink-like substance truly is. In our universe, it might be the equivalent of breast milk or cum. So...to our reality, do we truly know what is going on, here? So...erm...I return to 'Bad touch, no permission' as the meaning. They have straws. So, it's meant to be consumed in the first place.
