I would classify this as "Two Headed."
When two people conjoin into one body I feel it's wrong to say they're "two headed" as it they are two individuals who share a body.
In this case, it's one person with two heads.
I rarely draw two-headed characters but I draw a lot of characters that share one body. If that makes sense.
