I love the brushwork here - the 'roughness' of the piece makes the infernal nature of the tiefling race shrine through. The only nitpick I have is that his scalp seems to be set too low on his head, so his hair looks squashed.
Overall, though, this is an excellent piece! More than worthy of being put on a character sheet's portrait box.
