As a jaguar, I figured I'd go straight to the source of awesome jaguar-related arts:

While Tam's natural hair color is black, or at least the lighter of the blacks on her pelt, I REALLY dig the silver hair color here. Very nice contrast and it looks good on her. And that nice two-piece doesn't hurt, either. :3
