Born into slavery, living an abusive life in squalor, Rosencrantz was forced to attend to his masters into early adulthood. When he turned twenty-one, he was freed by an Act that banned the ownership of slaves among many city-states. That would not be the end of his troubles, as living on the streets was quite dangerous, and he eventually fled to the countryside, which was home to many small villages. There he carved out a life defending his home and farmlands, becoming a master with a staff weapon. There is where he remains. For now.
