Story: Travis mysteriously appeared in Puff Vista, evidently seeking a safe place or a home to call his own. He didn't have much luck finding a place to live until he met Gar, who took him in and let Travis expose his babyish side. Travis does have heightened electrical powers due to a bloodline that heightens legendaries' abilities, usually referred to as "Star Babies," but he doesn't use them much because he doesn't need to. Travis doesn't venture out much, but at his daddy's insistence, he's made some new friends and plays at the Nursery every other day.

Travis is happy and carefree, like a bab should be. He loves acting like a little one and is very loving to his daddy and his friends.

Travis loves being a messy boy, and especially loves loading his pamps.
