Story: When Tank came to Puff Vista, he was immediately drawn to the active volcano. He headed inside its craters and helped to calm it down. Mitch thanked him for doing so and gave him a lavaproof diaper in thanks. Tank happily accepted the offer and made a deal to prevent the volcano from spilling over in exchange for more. Thus a pact was made; Mitch provides Tank with padding, and he keeps it from destroying the city. Tank recently has been happily joined by Norris, who keeps him company. Thanks to him, Tank makes more frequent trips from the volcano to socialize. He sees Mitch every so often and the three love to talk. Tank is very nervous around new people, but is opening up steadily thanks to Norris.

Tank is very sweet and very loving, but he has moderately severe anxiety due to his lack of connection with other people. He often needs someone around to show him how things are done.

Tank enjoys bathing in lava using his diapers, and likes using them a lot.
