although progress is slow, i'm still working on the, currently unnamed, udl v2 comic

lately ive been doing art practice, and with it is style practice. trying out new ways to draw and new ways to color- and what better way to practice those than to put some faces to some of the characters?

they probably won't look exactly like this when i'm done but it's nice to have a general idea

Myrtlestar- a big-hearted, but sharp-tongued molly with a penchant for finding the right (and wrong) places to nap

Widowbite- a victim of perpetual resting bitch face, she's far gentler than she appears and often treats all cats like her offspring

Aldercloud- they hide their heightened anxiety behind a veil of apathy, but of the high ranks they're likely the most socially conscientious

Smokethorn- a tom of great compassion and strong opinions, whom enjoys spending his leisure time with his family more than friends
