There are heroes and heroines (as well as villains) that reside in Colmaton that certainly have impressive abilities. One of the hallmarks of any good hero is teamwork, and when two super powered individuals work together the results can be devastating to their foes.
Here is one such example. Slipstream is a master aerokinetic while Ember is a powerful pyrokinetic. Should the need arise to have a large area cleared completely due to an infestation or other dangerous elements, the two have practiced and honed the ability to create a massive fire tornado. Able to completely scour the landscape and yet be entirely within their control, it is an extremely powerful attack indeed.
I'm willing to bet though that they're not allowed to use it within city limits.
