I have two ideas/suggestions.
1. Papi the harpy getting spanked by one of the other characters for doing something way too dangerous way too many times in a row, as Suu watches on in curiosity mixed with fear, not fully aware that she's next because both she and Papi were partners in crime. (I can't remember the guy's name that they're all in love with? But he could be the one spanking Papi, or one of the girls, or maybe Ms. Smith? )
2. Rachnera spanking Lilith for acting like a "child" to cause trouble, after being caught and "punished" multiple times before, Rachnera decides to use a "different type of punishment" that's "more fitting to the crime".
