Second picture from this artist! This one is actually based on a roleplay I did where Victoria was invited to the beach for a date. She had to go out and get some clothes for it, and naturally she chose black. Not only that, she got a nice large hat to keep the sun off her pale skin. As you can see here, this picture is Victoria very much out of her element.
