Nicolae Dragan was an undocumented immigrant from Romania who immigrated to the U.S. . Being without identification, it was hard for Nico to find work. He caught a break with an assistant job at Atwood Tailoring. He learned many secrets of the trade and planned to become a tailor in the span of a few years. But those plans were put on hold when the DNAftershock occurred and changed many people into human-animal hybrids. Nico was changed into a vampire bat and his blood thirst hit him hard and fast. He attacked his boss and drank his blood, the guy lived but Nico sent him into intensive care. Nico hid in the shadows for weeks afraid to encounter anyone for fear of harming them to feed, but still needing to. When he encountered the hero team of the series, he fought against them to escape and lost. Instead of being turned in for harming others to feed, Nico was taken to a group who tried to get their animal instincts under control. It took some time but Nico got his blood craving under control and with that problem not being as big an issue as it was before, he started to socialize with others. With all this socializing, Nico found out that many hybrids couldn't fit into their previous human clothes and he knew what he could do for others. He started his own tailoring shop to create unique clothes for all different animal body types and it would be called Strigoi Tailoring (named for the roman word for Vampire) many people assume this is Nico's name and after a while he goes with it. Nico takes to forms of payment for his clothes, money and vials of blood. He even created his own superhero outfit for himself for one occasion(the one above), but despite the dark color, it comes off as flashy to others.
