First of its Kind
A tribute to the lovable characters and rich storytelling of the video game 'Angels with Scaly Wings', which has recently caused all of my emotions to explode. The game really drew me in and playing was an incredibly moving experience for me, so some fanart was necessary.
My hope is that this image doesn't show anything spoilery, but that those who have played the game to completion will understand and appreciate what they're looking at here.
Seriously, this game is a thing of beauty and has made me care more about a group of fictional characters more than possibly anything else I've encountered in my life. It gets a very big and very shiny Dorey Pawprint of Approval.

That was so much fun too. ^^ It's funny, I'm really not one to have any interest in getting that drunk or having drinking contests and such... and yet the idea of doing that with Bryce is just so fun and harmless, I feel like I'd happily do that with him in a heartbeat. XD

This is a very lovely picture! I played the game over 31h by now and I'm still not finished xD. I want to have all endings and Achievements and I still need 4 Achievements plus 4 hidden Achievements. I know, the hidden Achievements are the different endings and I don't know how to trigger them xD.
Btw. I wanted to thank you, because one of your journal for the game drawn my attention. And now, its one of my favourite game and the second game, where I almost needed to cry and I really cared for the characters. <3

I maaaaay have snuck myself into the shot as a background character. ;D
I ended up getting full completion on the game, just because I was so fixated on exploring everything I could... I did admittedly get some help from a guide for a few final details, but nearly everything of substance to the true ending I wanted to figure out on my own if at all possible. :)
That's so neat to hear that you've responded to the game and gotten emotionally involved with it the same way I did. :) It just... augh, it pulls you in so much because all the characters are so wonderful and you want so badly to do things right for them! And I'm delighted if my own squeeing about the game got you into it too! I'm one I'm very happy to spread the word about... and if you bought it because of my experience and recommendation, I think that brings me up to four people now that I've gotten onto it. XD I'm quite pleased with that! It's a game that deserves love!

Yes Indeed! The game deseved the Love! I bought the deluxe edition two days after i bought the game Itself. The developers diserved the money for releasing such a great game! The story was gripping and I never knew, when I should stop :D. I tryed to persuade some of my friends to buy and play that game to, but nobody bought it :(. Although at least two would be interested in the game.
Same here, I was desperate to throw more money at the developers after playing. ^^ It's so disproportionately cheap for the impact it's had on me. It can be a tricky one to convince people to play... the fact that it's billed as a 'dragon dating simulator' is a little bit polarising I suppose, and I think I scared a couple people off by how emotional it made me and how much it was making me cry. XD
Well, I'm not a fan of reading too. I bought the game and didn't expected, that i have to read everything. I rarely read books but this game amazed me with the story and I couldn't stop reading.
If I scared some of you away, who is reading this chat, please give the game a chance! It's worth it!

Yeah, seriously. :) It really didn't feel like 'reading' in the sense of sitting down and going through a novel with that sort of length or anything. The music and visuals and interactivity draw you in a lot more, and just the way you become so attached to it all through the fact that you're the one making all these choices, it really makes it a much more personal experience I think.

It's on steam, an independent title so not too expensive. It's a visual novel and dragon dating simulator, basically, with a really rich story and great characters. :) I definitely recommend investigating it if you're interested!

And eee, thank you hon. :) I can still be a bit hit-or-miss, some dragons and shapes I think turned out better than others here, but yeah, it's neat to feel like I'm always getting better at it bit by bit. :) I'm slowly being willing to attempt angles and poses I once would not have dared, and yeah, Bryce here (the brown guy) I'm maybe happiest with. ^^ Dragons have lots of funny and difficult shapes and you can tell when they aren't quite right, but he looks pretty good to me.
And trust me, if you play the game someday, that desire to plant smooches up and down Bryce's face will only increase. :}
