This was one of the first sketches I ever gotten, but forgot to upload it until recently.
Here we have Tsunade, who enjoys a drink of sake whenever Shizune or any Jonin shinobi ain't around her. Tsunade been doing a great job not only covering up her secretly drinking sake, but same could be said about hiding her diapers.

One day however, Tsunade received a 'harmless' prank from Naruto when he spiked her alcohol and she proceed drinking the same sake, unpleasant results happened. Tsunade ends up filling her diaper & suspicious this might be Naruto's doing, Tsunade shouts out Naruto's name. All Naruto can do now is run and hide until Tsunade cools off and gets herself changed.
