-Payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction closing. If you can't pay, the design will go to the next highest bidder.
-Winner must credit me for the design after it's purchased.
Once bought, you can have a chosen name placed on the high res sheet in place of the design name.
Winner will be emailed a high res version of the image and have rights to the character/design.
What the winner CAN do
-Change the gender/orientation/name/form (anthro/feral) of the character.
-Make some design changes such as adding piercings/markings.
-Use the design for personal use.
-Trade or resell the design(with limitations)
What the winner CAN'T do
-Use the design for commercial use.
-Change the design beyond recognition.
-Resell the design for a higher amount than they paid.
-Claim the design as their own.

I didn't get a chance to fully work out all the kinks but the story goes along the lines that the snail there is actually a sentient blue dragon slug who came across a badly injured water spirit, vowing to protect her no matter what dispite the fact that he was just a small little slug moves her and with the last of her powers, she gives him a new anthro form as well as encase herself in an unbreakable glass shell where she takes the form of the goldfish while she recovers back to full strength !
