Been in an art rutt recently. I wanted to doodle something today and ended up staring at the canvas for a good 20 minutes like WHY

This started as a teeny doodle of the head pose and grew from there. I've been drawing ponies in the same style for years and this is more of a tweaked for, more definition in muscle mass and the face. No more mouths plastered on the side like a flat badly drawn anime character. I also had a couple epiphanies with the colouring, rather happy with how this turned out. For a doodle haha.
