It would seem a certain earth-creature outwitted an unfortunate Martian invader~! Poor Marvin is being subjected to one of ACME's more recent (and even more out there than normal) products; a ticklish deterrent to would-be invaders. ;)
Bugs seems awfully smarmy, as though he isn't vulnerable to such tickle torture~ Or maybe he just puts too much stock in the reliability of ACME products? And who's that "friend" he's speaking of...~?

Looking at this reminds me of this thought I had this one day.
Bugs and Daffy trying to convince Elmer Fudd of whether it’s Duck Season or Rabbit Season, as always. However, Bugs says you can tell what Season it is by tickling the animal, and the Seasons makes one animal more ticklish than the other. Bugs and Daffy try to out-tickle each other.

... oki, the fact of the matter is, it's a cartoon character and foot design tends to be inconsistent, especially with a character who is in shoes 99.9% of the time. I went with the version I liked and that made the most sense, given how just about every single other character also has three toes. If he HAD a consistent design I woulda gone with that one. ;P
