Yes, the "friend" alluded to in the last picture was poor K-9~ This poor puppo just can't catch a break! uwu
As you can read in the picture, the Martian Gophers (from the popular mainstream tickle scene involving K-9 ;3) were captured and placed in the tickle machine too! Fortunately for them, one of them managed to break free and change the controls so they would target K-9 instead~ It would seem they have no qualms about him being tickle tortured out of his mind ;)
Also, no background begging here, since I prefer the mute version of k-9 you see in basically everything apart from the first episode he was in. uwu
