Dromaeosaurs had feathers, but lacked modern beaks... so how exactly did they preen? This is a pretty speculative topic in paleontology, so I decided to add my own illustration! This Dromaeosaurus albertensis is straightening its feathers by pulling them through a notch in its teeth.
